If you are planning to attend Summerfest 2019 in Milwaukee this year, you're in for quite the treat! This year, like every year, the producers of The World’s Largest Music Festival® have put together a foolproof event lineup that is sure to be the highlight of your entire summer. As you know, here at Kinn Guesthouse, we are huge fans of Summerfest, and we have been keeping our eyes peeled for event updates and announcements. Here's what we know so far! The event is scheduled for June 26-30 and July 2-7, 2019. There will be over 800 acts serving up over 1,000 performances during this 11-day event. The Oak Leaf Trail is a “Must-See” for Your Spring Vacation in Milwaukee

One of the most beloved natural features in all of Milwaukee is the gorgeous Oak Leaf Trail.  With spring quickly approaching and more time spent outdoors, we want to brag just a little about this lovely adventure that we just can’t recommend enough!  For guests of Kinn Guesthouse, we actually have access points to the trail right here in the neighborhood. Milwaukee Will Host the Democratic National Convention in 2020

It's very likely that you've already heard the news, but in case you missed it, we are very excited to say that Milwaukee will host the 2020 Democratic National Convention. There are so many positive things that come along with that, not the least of which is that it showcases our position as a swing state and solidifies our position as a fantastic tourist destination. To say that this is going to be a boon for our local economy would be an understatement. The convention is expected to bring tens of thousands of new visitors to Milwaukee, along with an estimated "hundreds of thousands" of tourism dollars. Burnheart’s Mitten Fest 2019
